You can permanently delete your Metarlog account and its associated data
directly from the app:
- Open Metarlog
- Go to Profile → Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Type “delete” to confirm
What gets deleted
Your account (email, sign-in credentials), premium/subscription status
flag, and saved preferences are permanently deleted from our systems
immediately after confirmation.
What may be retained
- Apple/Google retain their own purchase and transaction records
according to their own policies; we do not control this data.
- Anonymous, non-identifying diagnostic and analytics data (crash logs,
usage statistics) may be retained for a limited period, but is not
linked back to your deleted account.
If you have any trouble deleting your account, email us at
m.f.dogan84@gmail.com and we will delete it manually within a few
business days.
