These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Metarlog (“the app”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Metarlog provides aviation weather (METAR/TAF) and airport information for general informational and situational-awareness purposes. It is not a certified aviation weather source and must not be used as the sole basis for flight planning, dispatch, or any operational decision. Always confirm current conditions with an official, certified aviation weather briefing provider before making any flight-related decision. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, as described on our Delete Account page.
Metarlog Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available as a Monthly or Yearly plan, at the price displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
The app and its data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any decisions made based on the information it displays.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
